So you click on an adsense ad which sounds interesting, and it takes you to some crappy get rich quick follow my crap like a sheep and pay me for information which is useless as why would I sell you what I am doing for a dollar if it is really successful as I would be making it so easy for competitors to take my business away from me crap… anyway I clicked on that and found the crappy page with the sales speil, tried to close the page and you get the popup with the going away from my page, click okay to go away and cancel to actually go to some other spiel page with more info on, you dont want to click okay because thats agreeing with them and you cant click cancel because it takes you to thier other crappy page, I have closed your page for a reason just let me leave and be on my way, if I was interested I wouldntve tried to go elsewhere now would have I. And if you absolutely HAVE to put up a crappy box which wont let me do anything until I either click okay or cancel dont make cancel the option to go to your other shitty page or add you to my favourites or set me as your homepage, I obviousely didnt want to do any of that, every time I get some crappy box like that do you know what I do, I press CTRL ALT DELETE and end task, thus not having to answer your crappy box where both answers could do unspeakable things to my computer.

This is an old post, and as I have updated my computer since then with the steps taken below I dont know how much of an issue it is these days, but during the boom it was really irritating. Whilst cleaning up the site this article was felt better to be moved to the blog as a post rather than a main site page.
To permanently disable those annoying messenger service popups that plague modern computer Absolutely FREE, simply follow the steps outlined on this page
1 Right Click on “My Computer”
2 Choose Manage
3 Double Click “Services and Applications”
4 Double Click “Services”
5 Scroll down and find a file called “Messenger”
6 Double Click on the file “Messenger”
7 Click “Stop” to disable the messenger service
8 To prevent this system beginning again next time you load up your computer, choose “Manual” from the drop down list.
* If you feel insecure about disabling this service, check its dependencies, and you will see that no other programme relies upon it, and also note that you can re-enable it at any time you wish
Please visit one of our sponsors to say thankyou for us providing this
free service to you. Please click as many times as you feel this
information was worth. Remember, you will never have to click those
irritating pop-ups away again, or get taken away from the DVD you where
watching (Yes I remember that instance for me.)

Okay so not many people seem to see any difference and see affiliate marketing as a dirty word in comparison because all of these get rich quick, mlm and pyramid schemes. The things where you pay a nominal fee, recruit others to pay a nominal fee, probably for some useless thing, just to earn commission from selling the product to people who don’t want it, and hope that they can earn from a scheme which ultimately relies on a limitless amount of people, when it is doomed to failure from the start, only guaranteeing the creator of the scheme a profit.
Affiliate marketing on the other hand is quite different, although some of these schemes will try to make out they’re affiliate marketing thus sullying the name further. Real affiliate marketing, in simple terms is where an individual is a freelance sales person, they do not get paid a salary by a company, but instead increase sales to whatever companies they choose to market by simply creating good quality sites which add value or functionality in some way to encourage further visitors to purchase the products. They may work through a variety of different methods from pay per click, seo, you get the idea.
What people miss is that affiliate marketing is working to create sales for big name companies, some affiliates even sell through high street shops. They’re not get rich quick schemes, they involve hard work to create a user friendly value adding site which will attract the customer to purchase a product through a trusted site.
I will write more later, busy stuff to do etc, just wanted to get this out there.
